I love That place

We drove to El Centro on Saturday from San Diego. Searched for authentic Mexican food. Most of the restaurant closes @7 PM. This restaurant opens till 8PM so we went there. It’s in strip mall. Outside this restaurant smells very bad. Inside was OK. Food was overpriced and not good. Fried burrito was like a big rolled taco and was $8. Cheese Enchiladas were cold and not tasty at all. We were disappointed and will find alternative Mexican restaurant during next trip to El Centro.

A must eat place when you are in el centro!! My favorite dish and it becomes everyones favorite after they try it is a dish called "Enchiladas Chihuahua style"!!!! Must try this dish

They have great food and good service! Before I came to the valley I had never heard of special quesadillas and now I love them! Sobe's is pretty packed, during rush hours, but they do a good job getting your order in fast! Definitely a place to try out when visiting.

Wow, excellent. Homemade everything. Bathrooms are some of the cleanest we have see. Chilaquiles are amazing.

This is the best Mexican food in the Imperial Valley. Not only the food is excellent, so is the service. Sobe and her staff make your dining experience enjoyable. Can't wait to go back again.

I always enjoy eating there. I seem to se someone I know. That is why it is a great place to eat. Also the food is yummy.

I had a very nice chili Verde with rice and beans. My wife was happy with her taco combination plate. The staff was very friendly and the decor was pleasantly simple.

Love this place. When I come in from Colorado I go here first. Love the special quesadillas. Yummy. Been here less than a week and I've been there twice. 💜

Great family-owned, authentic Mexican food restaurant. I eat there every time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it. Oh, and you HAVE to get the "Special Quesadilla." You haven't lived until you've tried it.
